An Update!

Jacob had his end of year school program last week. It was very cute.....even though we didn't stay for the whole thing :( Jacob did very well with "The Wheels on the Bus", but kind of fizzled out after that. It's always fun watching the two and three year olds. Some of them take it very seriously and some of them look off into space, play with their hair and do other strange random things!! It's SO funny!

We had a really GREAT and BUSY Memorial Day Weekend!! My In-Laws had a big BBQ on Saturday. It was hot and we never ended up with rain!! The boys had a great time with all of their cousins.....it's always nice to get together with all of the family. Seems like it just doesn't happen often enough. Then Sunday was my Birthday!! I got a very nice breakfast in bed and then my MIL and I headed to the pool with the boys while John and his Dad golfed. Unfortunately it started raining not too long after we got there....but I was lucky enough to get a Pina Colada before they closed!! YAY! John and I then headed down to my parents house to open presents....One of my FAVORITE things!!!.....and then to dinner at Bonefish. It was John and I's and my Grandmothers first time there. SO SO GOOD!!! They even had Strawberry Shortcake on special. I sure wish I had some for you to taste because there are no words to describe how good it was!!! I have been thinking about it EVER since :)

On Sunday we had a Memorial Day BBQ at our house. The boys have a brand new three lane slip n slide....courtesy our their Grandparents!! It was a HUGE hit!! I know that thing is definitely going to get it's moneys worth of use this summer!! Jacob is well on his way to being a little Coppertone baby this summer!!!

Next up Johnny's Birthday!!! Then the BEACH!!! YAY!
